Mini Leprechaun Hat

This mini hat was stolen from a wee leprechaun! Great for animals, too! Hat measures approx. 2.5" from base to top and has a transparent elastic band to hold hat on securely. Also has a goldtone fabric "buckle" and tiny shamrock!
